Ustad Hamid Ali Khan a leading exponent of classical singing in Pakistan and his talented sons (Raga Boyz) were the guests of The Sahir show on 26-7-2011.

Raga Boyz entered singing beautiful Alaap which echoed the whole studio it was wonderful to note Ustad Sahib’s sons were as wonderful in singing as their father is. Following footsteps of father sons have also formed a musical band called “Raga Boyz” The band is creating a blend between classical Patiala style singing, and modern beats.
Sahir asked Raga Boys What would you prefer…fame in Pakistan or fame in India… a sincere and true reply came… definitely fame in Pakistan.

The Sahir Show is making valuable additions to the country’s known talent pool by bringing some gifted yet virtually unknown singers on the show. Ghulam Abbas a blind singer running his own musical school in Peshawar was invited at the show to present his talent.
Blind eyes are not blind minds….
Life is an uphill battle for the blind in the society which perceives anyone who is unable to operate effectively is a burden…
Ghulam Abbas says in life everything is possible… I am blind but I do have dreams… dreams of a successful life… dream of becoming a famous singer which I definitely will achieve through my faith and firm commitment.
